 On May 18, the research team of the Patent Office Examination Department of the State Intellectual Property Office visited our company for research and guidance.





Accompanied by colleagues from the Intellectual Property Office and R&D center, the team led by the director of the company visited the Yeagood Science and Technology Innovation Experience Exhibition Hall and the red Exhibition Hall of "Luminescent Party Construction" to learn about Yeagood's production process, technical principles, enterprise development history and future layout and planning in detail. And in the form of a forum to carry out in-depth exchanges on the technical status of reflective materials and industry development trends, enterprise patent applications, intellectual property protection status of in-depth exchanges; And the enterprise for the relevant issues in the patent application, for the examination and process management and other aspects of the guidance.



Since its establishment, Yeagood has attached great importance to the protection of intellectual property rights and patents. Up to now, 123 patents have been applied for, 89 of which have been authorized, including 15 inventions and 2 PCT international patents. The related patented technology has won a number of patent awards in Jinjiang City, Quanzhou City and Fujian Province, and the key core mold technology patent has won the 23rd China Patent Excellence Award.







Since 2010, the company has set up the Intellectual Property Office, which is a branch of the enterprise Technology research and development center, relying on the innovation mechanism of the research and development center, the implementation of intellectual property related systems and system management. In May 2011, it was recognized as "Quanzhou Intellectual Property Pilot Unit of enterprises and institutions" by Quanzhou Intellectual Property Office, and standardized the operation of enterprise-owned patents, trademarks, core technologies and other related intellectual property rights. In September 2017, it passed the GB/T29490-2013 Enterprise intellectual property Management Standard (" Implementation standard ") system certification. In October 2018, it passed the evaluation of "Intellectual property Advantage Enterprise in Fujian Province", effectively promoting the improvement of various work of enterprise intellectual property management, operating technological innovation and intellectual property construction mechanism, and cultivating high-value patents. In June 2019, it passed the identification of "Pilot Enterprise of Intellectual Property Application of Industrial Enterprises" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In December 2019, it was rated as "National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise" by the State Intellectual Property Office, and passed review in October 2022.
